A Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with over 10 years of experience, Alana works with clients both online, in person, and as a retreat coach, facilitating deeply immersive, one-on-one experiences designed to support meaningful and lasting transformation. She is also experienced in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills and a certified yoga instructor, bringing an integrative approach that bridges mindset, emotional regulation, and somatic awareness. Her path has also been shaped by four years of living and traveling in Asia—experiences that continue to inform her grounded, holistic perspective.
After overcoming her own challenges with executive functioning and learning how to thrive in a university environment, Alana went on to complete a double degree in Fine Arts (Theatre) and Honors Philosophy. She has a strong passion for higher learning and brings both intellectual depth and lived experience into her work.
Drawing on her background in coaching, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, Alana combines practical strategies with deeper self-understanding. She supports clients in strengthening emotional regulation, overcoming procrastination, improving motivation, and building self-trust while developing simple, sustainable systems that enhance daily functioning.
Her coaching style is warm, grounded, and collaborative—creating a space where clients feel heard and supported while being guided toward meaningful change. Rather than pushing perfection, Alana helps individuals work with their strengths, build self-compassion, and take consistent, manageable steps forward. Whether navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or executive functioning challenges, her work is centered on helping clients reconnect with themselves and create lasting, sustainable progress.
Outside of her coaching work, Alana enjoys staying active through yoga and strength training, exploring new places through travel, and continuing her own personal and intellectual growth through reading, learning, and self-inquiry.
